The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of public bailiffs and the Chamber of Bank administrators electronic auction:
The 2/6 share of the JAAK River IN THE communitarisation of the estate of the River Veera (ik 43012292245, deceased 24.02.2015).

As far as the bailiff is aware, the estate communal includes, inter alia:
register part of the immovable property under number 2420808 (location: District of Ida-Viru, Municipality of Alutagus, village of Arvila, Tamme. Land use: residential area; area: 19464,0 m2).

No other information is available on the assets and liabilities of the deceased. NB! The composition of the estate may change.

The estate was transferred to the succession between the four co-heirs.

Under paragraph 148(2) of the inheritance, only the property rights and obligations of the co-heir, in particular the right to claim the share of the estate which the co-heir would have received if the succession had been divided, are to be transferred to the transferee. The co-heir and the purchaser of part of the estate shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of their duties.

The winner of an electronic auction pay the purchase price as soon as the auction is completed, as pursuant to §93(3) of TMS. If the purchase price exceeds EUR 12 700, the auction winner must pay one tenth of the purchase price immediately after the end of the auction, the remaining price having to be paid within 15 days. If the purchaser is the debtor, he or she must immediately pay the full purchase price.
