The debtor and the applicant may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (§ 29(6) of PankrS ; § 661(2) of TsMS). Where an appeal against a decree is brought by a creditor who has not filed an application for insolvency, the time-limit for lodging an appeal starts to run from the date of publication of this announcement (§ 29(7) of PankrS).
