The debtor and the applicant may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (§ 29(6) of PankrS ; § 661(2) of TsMS). Where an appeal against a decree is brought by a creditor who has not filed an application for insolvency, the time-limit for lodging an appeal starts to run from the date of publication of this announcement (§ 29(7) of PankrS). RESOLUTION: 1. Close the bankruptcy petition procedure of DataInternational Group OÜ (in liquidation) on the ground that it has not been declared bankrupt. 2. Dissolve DataInternational Group OÜ (in liquidation) and remove it from the register of the Registrar of the Tartu Maakohus (District Court, Tartu). 3. The liquidation and removal from the DataInternational Group OÜ, in liquidation, shall be entrusted to the ad hoc liquidator, Mr Andres Hermet (Hermet). 4. Relieve the ad hoc liquidator, Mr Andres Hermet, of his functions following the removal of DataInternational Group OÜ, in liquidation, from the commercial Register. 5. Appoint Marianna Nõmmik, liquidator, as depository of documents of DataInternational Group OÜ (in liquidation) (personal identification No 46909307019, residing in selfish 12-1, Tallinn 13522, e-mail: marianna.nommik@outlook.com). 6. Orders DataInternational Group OÜ, in liquidation, to pay the costs of the proceedings. 7. Orders the provisional liquidator, Mr Andres Hermet, to pay the sum of EUR 1 755 (including VAT) to be paid into Lundet's account No ETH372200221011469150; 8. Grant legal aid of EUR 870 (including VAT) to DataInternational Group OÜ (in liquidation) in respect of the remuneration of the trustee ad interim, which is not awarded to the State. 9. The State support services Centre shall pay the temporary administrator's remuneration of EUR 870 (including VAT) to Lundet's account No ETH372200221011469150. 10. Order the insolvency estate of DataInternational Group OÜ (in liquidation) to pay the balance of the remuneration of the provisional liquidator, which is not covered by the legal aid. 11. Publish a notice of closure of the bankruptcy petition in the official publication Ametlikud Teadaanded.
