by order of 26.06.2023 in civil proceedings No 2-23-814/14, the procedure for the declaration of insolvency of the debtor, OÜ Frank Ehitus (registry code: 14375241), , was terminated by abatement by ruling.

The debtor and the applicant may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (§ 29(6) of PankrS ; § 661(2) of TsMS). Where an appeal against a decree is brought by a creditor who has not filed an application for insolvency, the time-limit for lodging an appeal starts to run from the date of publication of this announcement (§ 29(7) of PankrS). Order the temporary liquidator, Mr Vladimir Kutšus, to liquidate OÜ Frank Ehitus as a debtor with legal personality within two months of the entry into force of this Regulation without going into liquidation.
