Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 58(3) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet announces that  osaühing HALJAVA (registry code: 10449273) (address Tiidu, Haljava küla, Jõelähtme vald, Harju maakond, 75224) on the basis of an application submitted on 25.05.2023, Environmental permit No L.VV/333332, as amended for an unspecified term, has been issued to the company, which grants the right to discharge pollutants into the ambient air and special use of water from stationary sources in the village of Haljava in Jõelähtme Parish, Harju County (cadastral code: 24501:001:0753, profit-making land 85%, production land 15%, register part 13044102). The main activity of the operator is dairy farming (EMTAK 01411). The company has 3 emission sources – dairy and juvenile table ventilation and liquid manure storage. An operator may use groundwater up to 19 800 m3 per year for watering dairy cows and pullets, washing milking systems and farm inventory. The operator may release up to 14,808 tonnes of ammonia into the air.
