AS Islands lines are planning the reconstruction of the Southern Basin Protection facilities complex of Rohuküla Harbour (West Muul, Southern Muutus and Ristmuul) in the city of Rohuküla Rohuküla, Lääne County on 1 rural unit of Rohuküla Harbour (cadastral code 67401:001:0738) R the objective of the project is to reconstruct the protection facilities of the southern Basin of Rohuküla Harbour that protect ferries departing from and bound for Rohuküla Harbour.

EIA was started as the sinking of seabed solids from the volume of substances 10,000 cubic metres of activity with significant environmental impact (paragraph 6(1) 17_1 of the KeHJS). In such a case, EIA shall be initiated without justification for its need (paragraph 11(3) of the EIA).

The proposed activities do not have a transboundary environmental impact.
