Woodshark OÜ (registry code 16154024) and Woodcredit OÜ (registry code: 16821688), asukoht: Vikerkaare 14, Pärnu 80020; Boskecredit OÜ (registry code: 16824677), asukoht: Ruusi tee 17, Suure-Jaani linn, 71502 Põhja-Sakala vald, Viljandi maakond; Trailborg Invest OÜ (registry code: 16830946), asukoht: Sinika tn 11-14, 50110 Tartu linn, Tartu maakond participated in the division. According to the division agreement of 04.10.2023, the division of Woodshark OÜ (the company being divided) took place through separation, during which Woodshark OÜ transferred part of its assets to the acquiring companies Woodcredit OÜ, Boskecredit OÜ and Trailborg invest OÜ. The division was entered in the commercial register on 15.11.2023.
