Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 47 of the General Part of the Environmental Code Act (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that mittetulundusühistu PLOOMIPUU VESI (registry code: 80106511) (address Rõikheina tee 32, Maardu linn, Harju maakond, 74117) requests amendment OF environmental permit No L.VV/325984 in order to increase the quantities of water abstraction permitted from the prunes (14691) from 7,500 m3 in the quarter to 8,200 m3 in the quarter. As a reason, the PLUM TREE WATER of THE non-profit association pointed out that the need to increase the limit on water consumption is related to increasing consumption and new entrants. Environmental permit No L.VVV/325984 has been granted to a non-profit association PLUM TREE WATER for the abstraction of groundwater in the town of Maardu in Harju County from a plum tree-Rõikaina cross (14691) from a groundwater grip of up to 83.33 m3 per day (7500 m3 per quarter) with validity until 31.12.2030.

The modification request environmental permit and other relevant documents are available on digitally.
The application shall be digitally available on https://kotkas.envir.ee/dokument/DM-125870-18 in the environmental decision information system

Until the issue or refusal to issue amended environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environmental Board. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address Alexander 14, 51004 Tartu. 

The draft of Decision to grant or refuse to issue amended environmental permit will be announced by the Environmental Board in the Official Announcements.
