Tartu Ringkonnakohus publishes this announcement under Subsection 8 of § 100³ of the Bankruptcy Act (PankrS).

By order of 21.12.2023 in civil proceedings No 2-21-18232, the list of creditors submitted by the debtor's, Karelon Kinnisvara OÜ (pankrotis) (registry code: 14729940) (in bankruptcy), trustee, was confirmed.

An appeal against a ruling by which a court has approved a list of creditors may be filed by the trustee, the debtor who filed an objection, the creditor who filed or received an objection and the creditor whose request for restoring the claim was not satisfied may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (paragraph 100³ (7) of the PankrS, paragraph 661(2) of the TsMS).

In proceedings on petition, a participant in the proceeding may perform procedural acts in the Supreme Court and submit applications and applications himself or herself or through an advocate. If a participant in a proceeding applies for procedural assistance, the participant in the proceeding shall file an appeal against the ruling within the term. In order to substantiate an action or remedy a deficiency in the action related to the application for procedural assistance, the court shall grant a reasonable term after adjudication of the application for procedural assistance if the specified application has not been submitted unduly or for the purpose of extension of the term.
