Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 47 of the General Part of the Environmental Code Act (KeÜS).
Keskkonnaamet declares that Osaühing Vändra MP (registry code: 10336439) (address J. V. Jannseni tn 2, Allikõnnu küla, Põhja-Pärnumaa vald, Pärnu maakond, 87604) the application for amendment OF environmental permit No KL-514409 submitted has been accepted. The company has been granted an open-ended environmental permit No. KL-514409 for the recovery of waste in the Eametsa village of Pumba (cadastral code 73001:003:0032) and Koopa (73001:003:0052) in Tori Parish, Pärnu County. The company is involved in the crushing, screening, sorting, recycling and storage of mineral building waste and soil waste at the treatment facility. Based on the application submitted, the company wishes to specify the types and quantities of waste handled. The annual quantities of waste handled are to be increased by 5000 tonnes, with an existing environmental permit allowing 9000 tonnes of waste to be handled annually. The maximum quantity of waste to be stored at the same time is to be increased by 2,000 tonnes, while the existing environmental permit permits the storage of up to 2,500 tonnes of waste at the same time. Waste management is carried out on sites located in the treatment facility.
