Tartu Maakohus (Tartu kohtumaja) publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 30 of the Bankruptcy Act (PankrS).
by order of 22.02.2024 in civil proceedings No 2-23-16714 concerning the debtor ISTELLO OÜ (registry code: 11263228), to prevent the abatement of bankruptcy proceedings to cover the costs of proceedings not declared bankrupt in the form of a deposit to cover the costs of mass liabilities and bankruptcy proceedings was fixed at EUR 2000 payable onto the account provided for that purpose by 15.03.2024.
The bankruptcy petition can be accessed at the office of the Tartu courthouse (Kalevi 1, Tartu, III floor) or Vladimir Kutšmei (University 2, Tartu 51003, tel 7828110, e-mail: info@tartutaitur.ee), an interim trustee in bankruptcy.. The court shall not terminate the proceedings if the amount determined by the court is paid as a deposit to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings.
The amount shall be paid into the account of the Ministry of Finance NO EE5710220229377229 (SEB Bank), No EE062200221059223099 (Swedbank) or No EE221700017003510302 (Luminor Bank). Enter procedural expenses upon payment in the explanation, civil matter 2-23-16714. Submit a document certifying payment or notify the court of payment by the due date specified (name of payer, number of civil matter, date of payment).
