Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 30 of the Earth's Crust Act (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that AS TREV-2 Grupp (registry code: 10047362) (address Teemeistri tn 2, Nõmme linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10916)the application submitted on 28.02.2024 for a permit for geological exploration of Hill III exploration area (registered in the Environmental Decisions information System EAGLE 28.02.2024 with the number DM-127573-2) has been accepted for processing.

The company AS TREV-2 Grupp applies for a geological exploration permit for the site III of the hill within the boundaries of the cadastral unit Silver (variable 66903:002:0119, intended purpose 100% profit-making land) and the Värava (variable 66903:002:0460, intended purpose 100% profit-making land) located in the village of Röa in Rapla Parish, Rapla County. The cadastral unit is privately owned. The boundaries of the study room service area and the study room overlap. The area of service of the examination room is 9.25 ha. In the northeastern part of the study room, there remains the once Kõrtsu gravel career. There is sand and gravel in the study room that would be suitable as a source material for general and road construction and road maintenance.

Wells and mines shall be made in the exploration room in order to explain the geological construction of the deposit, take samples and calculate the stockpile. Boreholes are made on tracks with a drill machine and mines with a track excavator. The depth of the wells extends up to 15 metres, the depth of the mines up to 5 metres. The diameter of the well is approximately 10 cm. Cutting works are not planned for the execution of the works. No boreholes shall be built on roads or in the protection zone of roads. Material taken from wells shall be described, photographed and sampled. The laboratory shall determine the steel composition of the sediments.

The AS TREV-2 Grupp is applying for a geological exploration permit for five years. The person conducting the survey is TREV - 2 Grupp AS (registry code 10047362, address Tn 2, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Harju County).
