Keskkonnaamet declares that Limestone factories of Estonia OÜ (registry code: 10022037) (address Peterburi tee 34/1, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 11415) submitted by 06.03.2024
Application for amendment of mining permit for Kaarma dolomite quarry (registered environmental decisions
EAGLE in the information system 06.03.2024 as document No DM-125700-10) has been accepted for processing.
Kaarma's dolomite quarry is located about 9 km north of Kuressaare town in Saaremaa Parish
careers of cadastral units in the village of SEPA in the territory (identifier: 34801:002:0031) and Kaarma
dolomite career (Identifier: 27002:002:0239). The application seeks to extend the mining claim in this way
in depth and area, respectively, blocks 1 and 2 of the active stock of the Kaarma deposit
boundaries. Consequently, the stock of blocks related to the permit and the stock to be extracted will also be amended. An extension of the period of validity of the authorisation by 30 years is also requested.

Until the issue or refusal to issue environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environmental Board.
