The Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under § 12 (1¹)2) of Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management System Act.

Environmental Board as a decision-maker announces that 26.03.2024 in letter No DM-127378-6 “granting of registration No RE.VT/521453 for activities at aquatic risk” environmental impact assessment (EIA) has not started.

According to the application, in the village of Tapurla, Loksa metskond in Kuusalu Parish, Harju County, in the maritime area bordering 9 properties (cadastral code 42301:001:0310), dredging was requested to be carried out to the extent of 90 m ³ and the placing of solids to the extent of 9 m ³ in connection with the placement of a floating berth, the construction of a slipper and the laying of a dry hydrant pipe.

EIA was not started as the preliminary assessment revealed that the proposed activities would not adversely affect the conservation objectives of the Lahemaa Bird area and the Lahemaa nature area, which are part of the Lahemaa national Park and Natura 2000 network.
