Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 30 of the Earth's Crust Act (MaaPS).
 
Keskkonnaamet announces, that Jõelähtme K.O.V. Kaevandus Osaühing (registry code: 16097444) (address Mustamäe tee 4, Kristiine linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10616)) an application for a permit for the geological exploration of Väo XIX submitted by 26.03.2024 (registered in the Environmental Decisions information System EAGLE 26.03.2024 as document No DM-127940-1, hereinafter exploration permit) has been accepted for processing.
The exploration permit is applied for on the land units concrete tn 32b (cadastral code 78403:314:0105) and concrete tn 32c (cadastral code 78401:101:2861) belonging to the state in the Lasnamäe district in Tallinn.
The purpose of the proposed study is to determine the volume and quality of the limestone spreading in the study room suitable for building rubble at the level of the supply. The rubble made of limestone is intended to be used to supply construction sites in and around Tallinn. The area of service of the requested XIX study room is 3.53 ha. This is a stockpile survey, in which it is planned to build up to 6 wells with an exploration depth of up to 25 m and up to 6 exploration wells. Survey points shall not be established in the protection zone of concrete Street north of the service area. Water level at wells shall be measured and test pumps shall be carried out to evaluate hydrogeological parameters. A pair of wells will be set up for test pumps. After completion of geological works, the wells shall be eliminated in accordance with the prescribed procedure. The person carrying out the survey is Maavarauuringud OÜ (registry code 14346587, address Liiva tn 41, Tartu City, Tartu County). An exploration permit shall be applied for for a period of validity of 5 years.
