Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 58(3) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet announces that  OÜ Gravel (registry code: 11416608) (address Harju maakond, Tallinn, Nõmme linnaosa, Põllu tn 106a, 10918) the procedure for the application for an environmental permit for the gravel quarry of the rice family submitted on 04.02.2009 (registered in the document management system of the Environmental Board 04.02.2009 with the number HJR 10-5/09/92) has been terminated on the basis of clause 43 (1) 2) of the Administrative Procedure Act. The representative of OÜ gravel informed by e-mail dated 10.05.2024 (registered in the document management system of the Environmental Board 10.05.2024 with the number 12-1/24/10034) that he did not wish to continue the procedure of the application for an environmental permit for the gravel quarry of the rice family and the Environmental Board terminated the procedure by letter No 12-1/24/10034-2 dated 14.05.2024.

An environmental permit for the gravel career of the rice family was applied for on privately owned properties in the village of Vilumäe in Saue Parish, Harju County in Kiigeka (cadastral code 51802:002:0189, Kangru (cadastral code 51802:002:0236) and Kaldamäe (cadastral code 51802:002:0361). The period of validity of the permit was 12 years, the area of the mining claim was 6.23 ha and the area of the service area was 8.02 ha.
