The insolvency practitioner sells the share of true fanbase OÜ (registry code 16499668) with a nominal value of EUR 525,00 (five hundred and twenty-five euros), representing 21% of the share capital of the private limited company.

This part is entered in the name of Annabel Raudsepa (Iron Smith, personal identification code 49911272722) and Aadron Raudsepp (Iron Smith, personal identification code 39911272710), heirs of Sven Raugsepa (Iron Smith). Together with the ownership of the share, the trustee in bankruptcy shall transfer to the winner of the auction the right of claim against the successors for the transfer of the ownership of the share.

If the registration department of Tartu County Court (commercial register) does not transfer the ownership of the company on the basis of an auction act prepared by the trustee in bankruptcy, a separate notarised transaction shall be performed for the transfer of the part.
