The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and trustees in bankruptcy electronic auction:
1/3 of Harri Ibrus (37108220258), of the deceased Vilve Ibrus of 04.06.2021.a, personal identification code 44612300280, date of birth 30.12.1946.a, of the community of the estate.

As far as the bailiff is aware, the following shall be included in the joint ownership of the estate:
- registered part of immovable with number 709533 (Hiiu County, Hiiumaa Rural Municipality, Mänspe village, Hansu). Unbuilt arable land with a total area of 16,889.0 m2.

The estate went into succession between the three co-successors.

Under paragraph 148(2) of the inheritance, only the property rights and obligations of the co-successor are transferred to the acquirer of the share, in particular the right to claim the share of the estate which the co-successor would have received upon the division of the estate. The co-successor and the acquirer of a share shall be solidarily liable for the performance of the obligations arising from the estate.
