Kohtutäitur Risto Sepp publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 153 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (TMS).
The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and trustees in bankruptcy electronic auction:
The object of the auction is the registered immovable registered under registration No 4736002 of the land registry department of Tartu County Court at the address Harju County, Keila city, lepa tn 10 (cadastral code No 29601:013:1960, 100% residential land), area 605.0 m2.
As owner in Section II, the Külli Laulik (personal identification code 46306140252) is entered 1/2 of co-ownership and 1/2 of co-ownership of Ergo Veeremaa.
A prohibition notation is entered under entry 2 of Section III to prohibit the disposal of the immovable in favour of bailiff Risto Sepp (personal identification code 37612110236), Coop FINANAS (registry code 12087992), who belongs to the notional part of Külli Laulik (personal identification code 46306140252).
There are no entries in Section IV.

RIGHTS TO BE DELETED, LIABILITY FOR DEFICIENCIES, RISK:
An auction shall be conducted for the satisfaction of the claims of the claimant and the merged claimants and a prohibition notation shall be deleted after the sale of the immovable at auction.
