Bankruptcy trustee sells https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and trustees in bankruptcy bankruptcy estate in public electronic auction assets:
The trustee in bankruptcy sells a company of Centene Pro OÜ (bankrupt), i.e. an entire asset consisting of manufacturing equipment located in the village of Lehmja in Rae Parish, Harju County at Tavern Road 9.

The assets include, inter alia, the following equipment:
*) bulk stonework line;
*) saw Schelling FL-H 330/430;
*) vertical saw SVP133;
*) forklifts (2 kt);
*) Cleaning machine VENYAKUB (part of paint line);
*) paint line VENYAKUB;
*) PVC tape for the colour line;
*) compressors, pressure tanks, etc. serving the lines;
*) different storage shelves, including for storage of pallets;
*) office furniture and trade fair accessories;
*) other small production equipment.

Additionally, the asset consists of a stock balance consisting of raw materials and finished products.

Assets do not include stock balance excluded from bankruptcy estate by trustee in bankruptcy (i.e. goods sold to third parties prior to the declaration of bankruptcy).

OKAY! Among the assets sold are paint residues and other chemical residues, the obligation to dispose of which rests with the purchaser of the whole asset (enterprise).

The assets sold are encumbered with the right of pledge of the lessor (§ 305 of the VÕS) in favour of Bohman Lookivi OÜ (registry code 12756814, seat in favour of the rose mutt tn 2-156, 10119 Tallinn). Upon termination of the auction, the right of security expires (subsection 138 (4) of the Bank Act).

In order to continue production at the same location, an agreement must be reached with Bohman Lookivi OÜ as the current lease agreement has expired and will not be transferred within the company.

There are no registered trade marks or vehicles registered in the motor register in the company's composition..

The deposit must have been received no later than 01.10.2024 at 13:00. Subsequent receipts will not be counted. The deposit paid by the buyer shall be included in the purchase price and returned to the other participants in the auction on the working day following the day of the auction.

Registration for auction begin on  20.09.2024 at 13:00 and end on 01.10.2024 at 13:00.

The winner of an electronic auction pay the purchase price on the working day following the day on which the auction ends, as pursuant to §93(3) of TMS. If the purchase price exceeds EUR 12 700, the auction winner must pay one tenth of the purchase price immediately after the end of the auction, the remaining price having to be paid within 15 days.
