Debtor Kristiine Silmer shares one quarter (1/4) of the common heritage of the deceased Väino Silmer (personal identification code 35604124919) on 03.01.2012.a.

As far as the bailiff is aware, an immovable with the address sirel, Arkma village, Türi Rural Municipality, Järva County, cadastral indicator No 27101:004:0216, reg Part No 2122936 belongs to the common heritage.

The bequeather was married from marital status until her death.

As far as the bailiff is aware, the inventory of the estate was not carried out during succession proceedings. No other information is available on the assets and liabilities of the bequeather. The estate went into succession between the four co-successors.

Pursuant to subsection 130 (1) of the succession Act (Pärs), all the rights and obligations of the bequeather belong to the estate society, except those which are inherently related to the person of the bequeather or which, pursuant to law, cannot be transferred from one person to another. Under paragraph 148(2) of the inheritance, only the property rights and obligations of the co-successor are transferred to the acquirer of the share, in particular the right to claim the share of the estate which the co-successor would have received upon the division of the estate. The co-successor and the acquirer of a share shall be solidarily liable for the performance of the obligations arising from the estate.
