The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and trustees in bankruptcy electronic auction:
Apartment ownership entered in the register part of the land registry department of Tartu County Court No 11536502 (cadastral code 36302:002:0256) (residential land, with a total area of 52.80 m ²) is located in Harju County, Kose Rural Municipality, Ardu borough, track road 8-13.

According to the Register of Construction works, the 2-room apartment is located on the last floor of the five-storey apartment building.

according to an expert assessment prepared on 24.05.2022, the apartment building has a thermal facade and updated exterior finishes, updated balcony railings, interchangeable pipelines and radiators in 2015.
