Kohtutäitur Rocki Albert publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 84 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (TMS).
The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and trustees in bankruptcy electronic auction:
AIN PÄRNA (born 19.08.1942.a) is THE notional part of one-tenth (1/2) belonging TO THE debtor Annika Teearu. Salme Parish in Saaremaa, personal identification code 34208194222, deceased 03.06.2013) from the community of the estate.
According to the succession certificate issued by Pärnu Notar MARJE JÜRIOJA ON 01.04.2014 under register No 552 of the notary's book of professional activities, the joint estate belongs to two successors. Pursuant to subsection 130 (1) of the succession Act (Pärs), all the rights and obligations of the bequeather belong to the estate society, except those which are inherently related to the person of the bequeather or which, pursuant to law, cannot be transferred from one person to another.
As far as the bailiff is aware, the following assets belonging to the joint property of the bequeather and his or her spouse shall be included in the joint estate of the estate: Wähni tn 1a, Pärnu city, Pärnu city, Pärnu county, dedicated residential land 100%, cadastral indicator 62511:148:0110, Pärnu City 1145,00 m ² (2/4 of the immovable 572,50 m ²) of 2/4 immovable property entered in the register part of the land registry department of Tartu County Court No 1168905.
A notation concerning the possession and use of common ownership is entered in section III of the land register. The use of the registered immovable in favour OF each co-owner of Chapter IV of the contracts of 20.04.2007.a and 06.06.2007.a.
According to the information collected in succession proceedings, the bequeather was married from the marital status and the property relations of the bequeather and his or her spouse are governed by the common property regime arising from the family Law Act and a certificate of ownership has been issued to the spouse for the share of common ownership in the registered immovable on 01.04.2014, register part No 1168905.
Other rights and obligations included in the estate are not known to the bailiff.
In addition to the purchase price, a state fee is required to be paid to the extent provided for in the State fees Act for the correction of entries in the asset registers.

Bids can only be made in the auction environment according to the conditions indicated in the auction environment.
The winner of an electronic auction pay the purchase price as soon as the auction is completed, as pursuant to §93(3) of TMS. If the purchase price exceeds EUR 12 700, the auction winner must pay one tenth of the purchase price immediately after the end of the auction, the remaining price having to be paid within 15 days. If the purchaser is the debtor, he or she must immediately pay the full purchase price.
THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
Before the start of the auction, the person must inform the bailiff of his or him rights to the thing to be sold if it have not yet been notified to the bailiff, and the reasons for those rights should be given at the request of the bailiff.
