Kohtutäitur Oksana Kutšmei publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 84 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (TMS).
The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and trustees in bankruptcy electronic auction:
The 1/6-point part of the Helmi Taavi Kivi of the community of the estate, and the 1/4-point part of the community of the stone puddle (ik 33401162743, deceased 18.02.2024) of the estate as a whole.
As far as the bailiff is aware, the following shall be included in the joint ownership of the estate:
1. registered part of immovable property under number 591404 (address Jaagupi vkt 7, village of Voika, municipality of neo, Tartumaa; intended purpose: 52801:009:0601: residential land 100,0000000000%; 52801:009:0602: residential land 100,0000000000%).
Bequeathed Helmi puddle and Kalju Lomp were married from 05.12.1957 to 31.08.2023. According to the data collected in the succession documents, the property relationship of the bequeathers was governed by the common property regime under the family Law Act.
No other information is available on the assets and liabilities of the bequeather.
