The bankruptcy trustee, in the public electronic auction, sell https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and trustees in bankruptcy assets in bankruptcy:
Immovable property belonging to Eve Sadulsepp' ale (apartment ownership), located in Pärnu County, Pärnu City, Pärnu City, Papiniidu 29-39. Register part number 718005, apartment size 49,00 m2, special purpose residential land 100%. The register part of the registered immovable in the third division is: 1) a notation entered under entry 4 concerning the declaration of bankruptcy of the owner of the registered immovable. The register part of an immovable in the fourth division is: 1) Under entry No 1, a mortgage in the amount of 20 000.00 € in favour of ForasMark OÜ and 2) under entry No 2, a mortgage in the amount of 5 000.00 € in favour of ForasMark OÜ. In the case of sale of a registered immovable, a notation concerning the bankruptcy of the owner of the registered immovable and the mortgages shall be deleted. If the purchase price exceeds 12,700 euros, one-tenth of the purchase price shall be paid on the working day following the auction and the remaining price shall be paid within 15 days. The costs and state fees associated with the transfer of ownership shall be paid by the purchaser. A trustee in bankruptcy shall submit an application for entry of the purchaser in the register as owner after payment of the total purchase price.
