Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 47 of the General Part of the Environmental Code Act (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that Niidu Ladu OÜ (registry code: 12942693) (address Niidu tn 17, Pärnu linn, Pärnu linn, Pärnu maakond, 80047) application for environmental permit for Urissaare sand quarry V submitted by 26.09.2024 (registered in the Environmental Decisions information System EAGLE 26.09.2024
document No DM-120622-18) has been accepted.

The mining claim of the sand quarry of Urissaare v and a service area of 20.35 ha are located in the village of Urissaare in Häädemeeste Parish, Pärnu County on the county unit of Merenäk (cadastral unit No 21203:002:0132).

An environmental permit is applied for for 15 years with an average annual mining capacity of 40 ash m3. The active supply of sand used for the construction of the mining claim for the sandy quarry V of Urissaare is 606 ash m3, of which the extracted quantity is 594 ash m3.

Until the issue or refusal to issue environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environmental Board. The draft of Decision to grant or refuse to grant environmental permit will be announced by the Environmental Board in the Official Announcements.
