Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja publishes this announcement under Subsection 7 of § 163 of the Bankruptcy Act (PankrS).

By court order of 09.10.2024 in civil proceedings No 2-21-19813/39, the debtor Har Har Mahadev OÜ (pankrotis) (registry code: 14429267) (in bankruptcy), bankruptcy proceedings were terminated from because the debtor does not have the money to make the necessary payments to cover the costs of bankruptcy proceedings

Debtor may lodge an appeal on a point of law within 15 days of service of the order (§ 164(1) of PankrS, § 661(2) of TsMS).

The creditor may lodge an appeal on a point of law if he has lodged an objection to the application to close the proceedings in accordance with § 161(2) or § 163(2) of PankrS (§ 164(2) of PankrS ). RESOLUTION: 1. Grant the application of Oliver Ennok, a trustee in bankruptcy. 2. Terminate the bankruptcy proceedings of Har Har Mahadev OÜ (bankrupt), a debtor who is a legal person, due to the abatement after the declaration of bankruptcy, as the debtor does not have the money to make the necessary payments to cover the costs of the bankruptcy proceedings. 3. Confirm the part of the creditors' recognised claims in the bankruptcy proceedings of Har Har Mahadev OÜ (in bankruptcy) to the extent that the creditors have not received the money. 4. Release Oliver Ennok, a trustee in bankruptcy, from the performance of his duties as of the entry into force of this order. 5. Order the final remuneration of Oliver Ennok, a trustee in bankruptcy, in the amount of eur 1 400 plus vat of eur 308, in total eur 1 708, in favour of Ennok OÜ (registry code 11028941), the trustee's office. 6. Order the trustee to pay the remuneration in the amount of eur 1327.78 on the account of the bankruptcy estate and leave the remainder of the trustee's remuneration to the debtor. 7. Appoint Deepak pal, Member of the debtor's management board, personal identification code 38901120049, as the document holder of Har Har Mahadev OÜ (bankrupt). 8. Publish a notice concerning termination of bankruptcy proceedings in the publication Official Announcements. 9. Send a court ruling to the participants in the proceeding and to the State support services Centre for enforcement after entry into force.
