According to the judgment of Harju County Court No 2-23-9642, the court determined - to divide the wind registered immovable, the village of Saue, the Municipality of Saku, the county of Harju (register part No 3144402) as the immovable is sold by public auction through a bailiff.
According to the data of the land register:
The registered immovable registered in the register part of the land registry department of Tartu County Court No 3144402 (cadastral code 71801:001:1453) (100% profit-making land with a surface area of 2.29 ha) is located in Harju County, Saku Rural Municipality, Saue village, wind.
In Division III, entry No 2 - personal right of use for establishment of utility network or installation in favour of Elektrilevi OÜ registry code 11050857). On the basis of § 158 ¹ of the Law of property Act, a personal right of use for an unspecified term for the management of an electrical installation within the protection zone of the electricity network pursuant to clause 3) of this 31.07.2015.a. contract and the plan annexed to the contract. 31.07.2015
