Kohtutäitur Oksana Kutšmei publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 84 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (TMS).
The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators electronic auction:
A 1/2 share of the common heritage of Elvi Sildma (ik 43604022720, deceased 14.01.2024) belonging to Andres Sildma '.
As far as the bailiff is aware, the following shall be included in the joint ownership of the estate:
1. 1/6 with regard to common ownership, register part of immovable with number 80035 (Kassi-Tenno, Jõune village, Jõgeva Rural Municipality, Jõgevamaa; intended purpose: 61101:001:0221: profit-making land 100,0000000000%; 61101:001:0222: profit-making land 100,0000000000%).
2. 1/2 with regard to common ownership, register part of immovable with number 415535 (Hansu-rahva, Tammik village, Põltsamaa Rural Municipality, Jõgevamaa; intended purpose: 61102:001:0951: residential land 100,0000000000%; 61102:001:0952: residential land 100,0000000000%).
The bequeather was a widow. Her husband was Endel Sildma (ik 33403082748) from 05.11.1961 to 17.01.1995, the type of property relationship was property commonality. On the basis of the information contained in the succession file, the registered immovables number 415535 and 80035 have been acquired by the bequeather elvi Sildma after the death of the spouse upon replacement and return of land unlawfully expropriated in the course of ownership reform.
No other information is available on the assets and liabilities of the bequeather.

The auction starts on 26.11.2024 at 09:00 and ends on 04.12.2024 at 09:00. The interval for the prolonged end is 10 minute(s).

Bids can only be made in the auction environment according to the conditions indicated in the auction environment.
The winner of an electronic auction pay the purchase price as soon as the auction is completed, as pursuant to §93(3) of TMS.
