Kohtutäitur Risto Sepp publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 153 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (TMS).
The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators electronic auction:
The object of the auction is the registered immovable registered under registration No 13698802 of the land registry department of Tartu County Court at the address Harju County, Kuusalu Parish, Kahala village, Laane. (cadastral code No 35203:001:0528, residential land 100%).
Yurii Scherbak (personal identification code 38211240215) is entered as owner in Section II.
Personal right of use in favour of Elektrilevi OÜ (registry code 11050857) has been entered under entry 1 of Section III. Personal right of use for an unspecified term pursuant to § 158 and 158 ¹ of the Law of property Act for the construction, possession, repair, maintenance, servicing, replacement, use, grant of use and other use of the electricity network within the protection zone of the electricity network for the purpose of ensuring the operation of the electricity network, in accordance with clauses 1.4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.4, 5, 6 and 7 of the contract entered into on 13.11.2013.a and the plan annexed to the contract on 13.11.2013. RIGHTS TO BE DELETED, LIABILITY FOR DEFICIENCIES, RISK:
An auction shall be conducted for the satisfaction of the claims of the claimant and the merged claimants and after the sale of the immovable at auction the prohibitions and mortgages shall be deleted.
OKAY! The winner of the auction acquires the property in the condition it is in and the bailiff does not give the acquirer any assurances or guarantees regarding the property or its documentation and is not responsible for any deficiencies in the documentation. An immovable is not in the direct possession of a bailiff and a bailiff does not organise the transfer of possession to a new owner.
