Kohtutäitur Kristiina Feinman publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 153 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (TMS).
The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators electronic auction:
The registered immovable (residential land with an area of 2967 m ²) entered in the register part of the land registry department of Tartu County Court No 11265702 (cadastral code 14001:002:1970) is located in Harju County, Anija Parish, Härmakosu village, sireli.
According to the Register of Construction works, the residential building has 5 rooms and the living area is 119.2 m2.
A prohibition notation is entered in section III of the registered immovable in favour of bailiff Kristiina Feinman (personal identification code 47511180212), Bondora AS (registry code 11483929) in order to prohibit the disposal of the registered immovable.
A mortgage in the amount of 86 450.00 euros in favour of Alpi Eesti OÜ (registry code 11242290) has been entered in Division IV of the registered immovable. Every owner of a registered immovable is required to submit to immediate compulsory enforcement in order to satisfy a claim secured by a mortgage (NOT EXTINGUISHED).
According to the response of the mortgagee, as at 23.05.2024.a. the amount secured by the mortgage is EUR 73539,96. This amount is not final and may change over time.
A prohibition notation is deleted after a successful auction, but the mortgage remains a burden on the property.

The winner of an electronic auction pay the purchase price on the working day following the day on which the auction ends, as pursuant to §93(3) of TMS. THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
