Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 58(3) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet announces that  Osaühing Taagepera Loss (registry code: 10151349) (address Taagepera mõis, Taagepera küla, Tõrva vald, Valga maakond, 68502) environmental permit No L.VV/325370 has been amended on the basis of the application submitted. The environmental permit increased the permitted groundwater abstraction (28,000 m3/a, 7000 m3/quarter, 77 m3/d) of the Taagepera hospital PK (8087) of the water intake located on the county unit of the sanatorium (20301:002:1205) in Tõrva Parish, Valgamaa. The increase in groundwater abstraction stems from the expansion of the hotel. Due to the above, the emissions of waste water discharged into the receiving area of the Taagepera hospital (code VA611) associated with the waste water treatment plant of Taagepera hospital (28,000 m3/a, 7000 m3/quarter, 77 m3/d) were also amended. In addition, with the permission of the Environmental Board, the Environmental Board amended the monitoring requirements related to waste water treatment plant and exhaust.
