The Environmental Board has issued an ex ante assessment in which it finds that the planned activities do not have significant environmental impact and therefore initiation of an environmental impact assessment is not necessary for the following reasons:
1. There are no Natura 2000 network sites in the company's territory and its impact area. Consequently, it is conceivable that the activities envisaged by the undertaking, alone or in combination with other activities, could have an adverse effect on the protected species and habitats of Natura 2000 sites. There are also no other protected natural objects, so there is no effect on them either.
2. The planned activities of the enterprise do not involve significant environmental impacts on water or ambient air, nor do they exceed the limits for noise and air pollution, no vibration. The activity does not interact with other activities.
3. The proposed action will not have an impact on human health, well-being and property, as well as emergency situations or major accidents.
