Kohtutäitur Marek Laanemets publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 153 of the Code of Enforcement Procedure (TMS).
The bailiff sell the following assets in a https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators electronic auction:
Immovable belonging to Kashongi Nsika OÜ entered in the register part of the land registry department of Tartu County Court No 12180850 (cadastral code 78408:801:0302), located in Harju County, Tallinn, North Tallinn district, old-Kalamaja street T6. 100% and 32 m2 of transport area.
The registered immovable is encumbered in the third division of the land register:
Entry No 1 - preliminary notation to ensure the requirement to transfer ownership of an immovable of approximate size 32 m2 for the benefit of Tallinn City.
Entry 2 - personal right of use in favour of the aktsiaselts Tallinna Soojus. A personal right of use for an unspecified term and free of charge for the ownership, construction, repair, maintenance and use of a district heating network in an area of the right of use with a width of two (2) metres on both sides of the outer surface of the insulation of the extreme pipe which restricts the pipelines; in addition to the plan which is an integral part of the contract, the area of the servitude is marked as a squared area, according to clause two one (2.1) of the contract certified by Tallinn notary Margus Veskimäe on 18.08.2017 and the plan annexed to the contract.
Entry 3 - prohibition notation to prohibit disposal of immovable in favour of bailiff Marek Laanemets, Republic of Estonia (tax and Customs Board).
Banning note will be deleted after successful auction.

A deposit shall be deemed to have been paid as of the moment of receipt thereof. The deposit must have been received no later than 29.01.2025 at 23:59. Subsequent receipts will not be counted. The winner of an electronic auction pay the purchase price on the working day following the day on which the auction ends, as pursuant to §93(3) of TMS. If the purchase price exceeds EUR 12 700, the auction winner must pay one tenth of the purchase price immediately after the end of the auction, the remaining price having to be paid within 15 days.
THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
