The bankruptcy trustee, in the public electronic auction, sell https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators assets in bankruptcy:
1/6 co-ownership share of the property belonging to Marju Põder in Aasa 14, Karksi-Nuia town, Mulgi Parish, Viljandi County registered share number 700139. The size of the registered immovable 1607,0 m2, special purpose residential land 100%. The register part of the registered immovable has been entered in the second division as owners; 1) Paul Põder (personal identification code 35403286013), 4/6 of co-ownership 2) Tanel Hromenkov (personal identification code 37408096026), 1/6 of co-ownership 3) Marju Põder (personal identification code 48003246024) 1/6 of co-ownership in the third division of the register part of the registered immovable is the personal right of use in favour of Elektrilevi OÜ AS entered under entry 3 (personal right of use of indefinite duration for erection and further toleration of electrical installation). There are no entries in the fourth section of the register part of the registered immovable. If the purchase price exceeds 12,700 euros, one-tenth of the purchase price shall be paid on the working day following the auction and the remaining price shall be paid within 15 days. The costs and state fees associated with the transfer of ownership shall be paid by the purchaser. A trustee in bankruptcy shall submit an application for entry of the purchaser in the register as owner after payment of the total purchase price. The costs and state fees arising from the transfer of ownership shall be paid by the winner of the auction before the corresponding application is submitted. If the winner of the auction fails to pay the purchase price within the term, the auction shall be deemed to have failed and the security paid by the winner of the auction shall not be returned.
