Tartu Maakohus (Tartu kohtumaja) publishes this announcement under Subsection 7 of § 163 of the Bankruptcy Act (PankrS).

By order of 06.03.2025 in civil proceedings No 2-24-5663/27, the insolvency proceedings of the debtor, Wenesta OÜ (registry code: 11403391) (in liquidation) , were closed by approval of the final report.

The debtor may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (§ 164(1) of PankrS; § 661(2) of TsMS).

The creditor may lodge an appeal on a point of law if he has lodged an objection to the application to close the proceedings in accordance with § 161(2) or § 163(2) of PankrS (§ 164(2) of PankrS). Release the trustee in bankruptcy Indrek Lepsoo from the obligations of the trustee in bankruptcy after the removal of Wenesta OÜ (in bankruptcy) from the commercial register.
