VORLD OÜ (acquiring company) and DATACORP OÜ (acquiring company, registry code 16213784, address Harju County, Tallinn, city centre district, Kohtu tn 2-19, 10130) merge on the basis of the merger agreement entered into on 09.12.2024. Merger decisions have been adopted on 27.12.2024. VORLD OÜ and DATACORP OÜ have been deleted from the commercial register.
