Bankruptcy trustee sells https://www.oksjonikeskus.ee in the auction environment of the Chamber of bailiffs and bankruptcy administrators bankruptcy estate in public electronic auction assets:
Teletower homes OÜ (bankrupt) claims against Jelizaveta Korosteliova (personal identification code 48701190234) totalling EUR 98 422.27 (ninety-eight thousand four hundred and twenty-two commas twenty-seven), of which principal arrears amount to EUR 93600 and default interest up to 31.08.2023.a totalled EUR 4 822.27. the amount and merits of the claim are the subject of proceedings before Harju County Court in civil case No 2-23-12471.

The claim shall be auctioned as it is at the time of the auction (? as is?). OÜ Teletorni homes OÜ (in bankruptcy) and the trustee in bankruptcy are not liable or provide assurances as to the reasonableness, verifiability, enforceability or collectability of the claim. All risks related to the reasonableness, verification, enforceability and collectability of the claim shall be fully transferred to the acquirer of the claim.

The person who made the best bid at the auction (hereinafter: acquirer) undertakes, immediately after signing the act of the auction, to submit to Harju County Court a petition to intervene as plaintiff instead of a trustee in bankruptcy in civil matter No 2-23-12471. If the court does not allow the acquirer to be accepted as an applicant instead of a trustee in bankruptcy, the acquirer shall submit to the court an application for his or her involvement in the proceedings as a third party on the plaintiff's side. The acquirer shall bear all the applicant's procedural expenses as of the signing of the auction report. If the acquirer cannot intervene as plaintiff and the acquirer does not reimburse the procedural expenses of the plaintiff, the acquirer is deemed to have granted the trustee in bankruptcy the right to terminate the performance of procedural acts in proceedings in civil matter No 2-23-12471 and to perform acts for termination of proceedings either by waiving the action, revoking the action, entering into a compromise or by other means.

Access to the source documents of the claim in the possession of the trustee in bankruptcy shall be granted to persons who have paid the deposit and sign and submit to the trustee in bankruptcy an irrevocable application before examining the documents, according to which they will assume the procedural costs incurred by Jelizaveta Korosteliova in civil proceedings No 2-23-12471, if they are to be borne, in whole or in part, by the plaintiff in the event of the award of the best bid.
