The public limited company announces the decision to reduce the share capital. Bondora Group AS reports that the general meeting of shareholders decided on 03.06.2025.a to reduce the share capital of the company by EUR 9001.40. The new size of the share capital after the reduction of the share capital is EUR 41 000. the reduction of the share capital takes the form of the cancellation of own shares (the public limited company cancels 49,323 C shares and 40,691 A shares). In the course of the reduction of share capital, the nominal value of the shares shall not be reduced.
