Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that Adven Eesti AS (registry code: 10066299) (address Kassi tn 13, Mustamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 12618) the request for amendment of environmental permit No L.V.HA-166237 submitted ON 20.06.2023 HAS been accepted. The company requests an amendment to environmental permit No L.V.HA-166237 as a result of the introduction of new fuel types (oil shale, diesel, light fuel oil) and the addition of a new emission source (V1) fuel storage tank (50 m3).

The production area of the installation is located at Haabersti TN 3, the Haaberst district, Tallinn, Harju district (cadastral attribute: 78406:607:1220, commercial land 100%, register part 215101). Its main activity is the supply of steam and air conditioning (EMTAK code 35301). The installation has 2 emission sources - the boiler housing K1 and the tank breathing aperture V1. The total rated thermal input of combustion plants is 1.695 MWth. Up to 315 thousand Nm ³ of natural gas, 272.50 tonnes of shale oil, 252 tonnes of diesel and/or 252 tonnes of light fuel oil may be used as fuel per year.

Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environment Agency.
