The association announces the merger. Osaühing MGT MUUGA GRAIN TERMINAAL (registry code 10347526) and WORLDWIDE CARGO GmbH (registry code: FL-0001.535.271-6), asukoht: Landstrasse 39 9490, Vaduz, c/o Juricon Treuhand Anstalt, Liechtenstein, Liechtensteini Vürstiriik took part in the merger. THE private limited company MGT MUUGA GRAIN TERMINAL, as THE acquiring company and WORLDWIDE CARGO GmbH as the company being acquired, acceded pursuant to the cross-border merger agreement concluded on 04.05.2023.a, as evidenced under Nos 899 and 17.08.2023.a, as evidenced under Nos 1794. The merger decision has been adopted on 14.12.2023.a. The merger is entered in the commercial register maintained by the registration department of Tartu County Court on the registry card of the association 20.02.2024 (entry 20) and in the commercial register maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Principality of Liechtenstein on THE registry card of worldwide CARGO GMBH (entry 6). WORLDWIDE CARGO GmbH has been removed from the Liechtenstein commercial Register on 02.04.2024. Information on the protection of shareholders and creditors can be found in the merger agreement.

Creditors of the company are requested to submit their collateral requirements within six months of the publication of this notice
