Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 37 of the Earth's Crust Act (MaaPS).

Keskkonnaamet announces, that Dozerland OÜ (registry code: 14195154) (address Aia tn 24-4, Pärnu linn, Pärnu linn, Pärnu maakond, 80014) on the basis of the application submitted, order No DM-127843-15 of 20.06.2024 granted a Geological Survey permit No L.MU/521606 for the Survey room of Kassinurme. The study room of Kassinurme with a service area of 21.43 ha is located in Jõgeva Parish, Jõgeva County, on the state-owned property Pikknurme metskond 28 (cadastral code 24802:006:0637), the administrator of the state assets of which is the Ministry of Climate Affairs and the authorised authority the State Forest Management Centre. This is a stockpile survey in which it is planned to build up to 63 excavation wells and wells with a depth of up to 25 m. the mineral resource under investigation is filling sand. The estimated amount of mineral resources, taking into account mining losses, is 1,500 ash m3. The investigator is Mäebüroo Nord OÜ (registry code 11560452). The period of validity of the authorisation shall be 5 years. The authorisation was subject to the following additional conditions: 1. the person conducting the survey must be notified by e-mail of the carrying out of field works in the South East Region of the RMK (kagu.regioon@rmk.ee) at least 10 calendar days in advance; 2. If cutting is required within the framework of a geological survey, the manager of state forests shall be notified thereof, who enters into a contract of employment for the deforestation of growing forest with the maker of the geological survey or a contract for the transfer of the right of cutting of growing forest for the acquisition of the right of cutting..
