Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Subsection 2 of § 47 of the General Part of the Environmental Code Act (KeÜS).

Keskkonnaamet declares that Exatech OÜ (registry code: 16712754) (address Salve tn 4, Nõmme linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 11612) application for environmental permit No T-KL/1024936-5 submitted by 11.09.2024 FOR the management of ordinary and metal waste was accepted. The company applies for an environmental permit for the recovery of waste at Visase tn 12, Lasnamäe district, Tallinn, Harju County (cadastral code: 78403:314:0078). An environmental permit is applied for for the collection and sorting of metal waste, for the collection and sorting of electronic waste and for the re-use of waste. The annual handling capacity shall not exceed 22 000 tonnes.

Until the issue or refusal to issue environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the To the Environmental Board.
