Public until: for an indefinite period
The Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under § 12 (11)2) of Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management System Act.
Environmental Board as a decision-maker announces that 30.05.2024 (registration No 221341, cadastral code 69702:001:0821) cuttings planned by forest notices submitted to the registered immovable of Sasnoor environmental impact assessment (EIA) has not started.
Toomas Tarve, authorised representative of the PRIVATE limited company TANI FOREST, submitted forest notices to the Environmental Board on 30.05.2024, with which 6 (0.2 ha), 10 (1.08 ha), 19 (0.82 ha), 20 (1.14 ha), 21 (0.83 ha), 22 (1.84 ha) and 23 (0.31 ha) clear cutting of the registered immovable of Sasnoor.
According to the Estonian nature information System (hereinafter ADVANTAGE), the proposed logging areas are located in the Sasnoor registered immovable allocations 6, 10, 19, 20 and 21 in full and in allocations 22 in part (0.92 ha) in the Sadramõtsa natural area and the Sadramõtsa natural area remains within the impact area (30 m) of the planned logging in allocations 23.
According TO the ADVANTAGE, the proposed logging for allocations 6, 10, 19, 20 and 21 will remain fully and allocation 22 will partly overlap (0.81 ha) and allocation 23 will slightly overlap (0.01 ha) with the breeding area (outside the play area) of forests of protected species II.
EIA was not started since the allocations 6, 10, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 of the Sasnoor immovable do not have a significant impact on ambient air quality, mineral resources (deposits), soil, groundwater and surface water, protected natural objects or cultural heritage and the activities do not harm human health, well-being or property. Impacts on Natura 2000 sites are excluded by implementing the measures undertaken as part of the project in order to carry out the works arising from subsection 55 (6) of the nature Conservation Act. 1. It is conceivable that the activities will have an adverse effect on the Sadramõtsa nature area, which is part of the Natura 2000 site network, conservation objectives and the integrity of the sites.
2. The planned activities will not result in significant negative environmental impacts on water or ambient air, nor will the limits for noise and air pollution be exceeded, no vibration is expected. Activities do not interact with other activities.
3. The planned activities will not have an impact on human health, well-being and property, as well as emergencies or major accidents.
4. Emergency situations are unlikely to occur when performing works in compliance with environmental protection requirements.
