Osaühing Arti Plekk (registry code 10581742) publishes this announcement under Subsection 2¹ of § 447 of the Commercial Code (ÄS).
The association announces the division. Osaühing Arti Plekk (registry code 10581742) and Osaühing Selplastik (registry code: 10795963), asukoht: Talli tn 2, Kuressaare participated in the division. According to the division agreement entered into on 23.01.2025.a., OÜ Arti Plekk (the company being divided) was divided by separation, during which OÜ Arti Plekk transferred part of its assets to the acquiring company OÜ Selplastik. The division was entered in the commercial register on 27.02.2025.a.
Creditors of associations are requested to lodge their claims for guarantee within six months of the publication of this notice (§ 447 (2) 1 of the ÄS). saare@toode.ee
