Harju Maakohus Tallinna kohtumaja publishes this announcement under Subsection 7 of § 163 of the Bankruptcy Act (PankrS).

By order of 24.04.2025 in civil proceedings No 2-24-10310, the insolvency proceedings of the debtor, Osaühing Pelgulinna Apteek (registry code: 10198380) (in liquidation) , were closed by approval of the final report.

The debtor may lodge an appeal within 15 days of service of the order (§ 164(1) of PankrS; § 661(2) of TsMS).

The creditor may lodge an appeal on a point of law if he has lodged an objection to the application to close the proceedings in accordance with § 161(2) or § 163(2) of PankrS (§ 164(2) of PankrS).
