Maksu- ja Tolliamet publishes this announcement under Section 55 of the Taxation Act (MKS).
The party to the proceedings, VN Group Eesti OÜ (registry code: 12453190), will be served with 26.05.2025 order No 9-1.4/52887 April 2025 tax return form for submission of KMD within ten days as of delivery of the order.
Upon failure to perform the obligation imposed by the order, the tax and Customs Board has the right to impose a penalty payment in the amount of 350 euros per each declaration not submitted within the prescribed term..
The operative part of the document is deemed to have been served ten days after the publication of this announcement (§ 55 of MKS).
