The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
The Environment Agency States that the Krüüdneri Karjäär OÜ (registry code: 10698390) (address at Näituse tn 21, 50409 Tartu) 29.12.2016. a request for a mining permit for the Krüüdner sandy deposit of local significance (registry card 0320) Krütner's sandy quarry No 12-2/16/15182-1 was accepted.
Authorisation No L.MK/324802 has been granted for the extraction of building sand and gravel on the Krydner sandpasture at the Krydner site. The mountain allocation of the crystal sandy quarry is located in the Krüüdner Village, Põlva County, League garden (Cadastral Identifier No 85601:002:0001; surface area 5,14 ha), Järve (Cadastral Identifier No 85601:002:0102; surface area 1,4 ha) and River (Cadastral Identifier No 85601:002:0101; surface area 0,35 ha).
The authorisation shall seek the following modifications: 1. An increase in the surface area of the mountain allocation — 4,80 ha in the current permit, after amendment 4,90 ha. 2. Reducing the active consumable stock of the building gravel and the extracted stock – the active consumable stock in the current permit 38,50 ash. m ³, after amendment 7,65 ash. m ³; the stock to be extracted in the current permit 36,50 thousand m³, after amendment 5,65 thousand m³. 3. Increase in the active consumption of building sand and the volume extracted — 251,5 thousand m ³ of building sand in the current permit, after amendment 435,02 thousand m ³, 183,5 thousand m ³ of mining in the current permit, after amendment 353,02 thousand m ³. Mineral resources are used for construction and road construction.
No change in the period of validity of the authorisation shall be requested, which shall be valid until 09.2029.
The request for amendment of the mining permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency, Otepää (Kolga tea 28, 67305 Otepää, tel 766 9290, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to amend or refuse to modify the mining permit, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Kolga TEE 28, 67305 Otepää.
The preparation of the draft modification of the mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
