The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to exploit the mineral resources of God IV's sandy quarry submitted by Osaühing Eesti Klustik (registry code: 10126848) (address Rõstla quarry, village of Rõstla, Municipality of Põltsamaa, County Jõgeva, 48022) has been accepted. The permit is applied for in the Tallinn-Saku sandy deposit (registry card No 0109) for the extraction of building sand in the God IV sandy pasture. The mountain deposit of God IV's sandy quarry is located in Harju County, Freistaat Sachu, Tammemäe village, in the cadastral district Viimsi district 10 (cadastral mark 71801:001:1351).
The applicant's mountain allocation is 16,19 ha and the service area of the mountain allocation is 22,41 ha. The active consumption of building sand is 3993 thousand m ³, of which the extracted stock is 3106 thousand m ³. An average annual extraction rate of 210 thousand m ³ is requested. Mineral resources are used in road construction and maintenance. The period of validity of the requesting authorisation shall be 15 years.
The application for authorisation to exploit mineral resources and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency in Harju (Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn, email address põhja@keskkonnaamet.ee, phone 674 4804).
The application is available digitally in the document management system of the Environment Agency, http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for the extraction of mineral resources, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The preparation of the draft mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the official publication Ametlikud Teadaanded.
