The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency reports that AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, 10916 Tallinn) submitted an application for extension of the period of validity of the mining permit No RIVER M-023 for the Mountain deposit of the Jaska quarry.

The mountain allocation of the jaska sandpasture is located in the municipality of Jõgeva, Tarakvere, in the commune of Tarakvere, on the State's land, in the land of the Jaska quarry (cadastral mark 71301:001:0269) in the Jaska sandpastry deposit (registry card No 0334). The size of the mountain deposit of the Jaska sandy pasture is 11.97 ha and the size of the service area of the mountain deposit is 12.03 ha. On 31.12.2016, the active consumption of building sand associated with mining reserves was 125,917 thousand m ³, of which 67,917 thousand m ³ are mined. The average annual rate for mineral extraction is 23 thousand m ³. The area of use of the mineral resource is road construction, road repair and snow control. The period of validity of the requested permit is 19.10.2028

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address in louna@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address at garage 2, 48306 Jõgeva.

The draft decision amending the mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
